Volunteer Recruitment & Training Coordinator
The Hall-Dawson CASA Program is accepting applications for a salaried, full-time Volunteer Recruitment & Training Coordinator position responsible for leading engagement activities for prospective and current volunteers including volunteer recruitment, training, public education and volunteer reporting efforts.
Desired qualifications: degree in education, marketing, public relations, communications or a related field and 3 years’ experience in volunteer management, public speaking, teaching and/or training; bilingual preferred (Spanish); knowledge and understanding of issues and dynamics within families in crisis related to child abuse and neglect; ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; strong conflict resolution, time management, and problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to train small groups using provided curriculum and innovative facilitation; and a commitment to CASA's goals and mission.
