CASA Volunteer Training
Lift up the voice of an abused or neglected child. We are seeking community volunteers to train with us to become child advocates. There are over 250 children in foster care in Hall and Dawson Counties. You can make a difference in the life of a child by volunteering. Our training sessions will be held on consecutive Tuesdays for nine weeks beginning August 15, 2017 at our CASA office at 603 Washington St SW, Gainesville, GA 30501.
Class times offered:
1:00pm - 4:00pm
5:30pm - 8:30pm
Hall-Dawson Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission to ensure abused and neglected children have the right to a safe and permanent home. CASA provides trained, screened, and supervised volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children requiring court intervention.
