Optima Training for Advocates
Optima is CASA's new online database for case management. Advocates and staff can log in to view and update their electronic case file with placement information, documents, interested parties' information, hearing dates, etc. It is based online and makes accessing your files easy while on-the-go. Hall-Dawson CASA is transitioning to using this database for monthly hours and mileage reporting by Fall 2019. This training is for those who have not had formal training for Optima.
