Carla Baker
Carla Baker joined Hall-Dawson CASA as Executive Director in December 2023. A former high school mathematics teacher, Carla holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience in education, child advocacy, and family support. Prior to CASA, she served in executive leadership roles with Sisu of Georgia and Ninth District Opportunity.
