The Hall-Dawson CASA Program is seeking a passionate and dedicated Advocate Supervisor to join our team. This full-time, salaried position plays a vital role in supporting children in foster care by supervising, training, and guiding volunteer child advocates who serve in Juvenile Court dependency cases.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to CASA volunteers.
* Ensure quality advocacy for children by offering training, feedback, and resources.
* Collaborate with community partners, courts, and child welfare professionals.
* Promote CASA’s mission of ensuring that every child has a safe, stable, and permanent home.What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, education, or a related field.
* Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
* At least 2 years’ experience (paid or volunteer) in social services, child advocacy, volunteer supervision, child welfare, or education.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and groups.
* Knowledge of family dynamics, trauma, and issues such as addiction recovery.
* Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and time management.
* A team player who thrives in collaboration and is deeply committed to CASA’s mission.
* Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed.Why Join Us?
