  • Advocate Supervisor

    The Hall-Dawson CASA Program is accepting applications for a salaried, full- time Advocate Supervisor Position responsible for providing support, training, and supervision to volunteer child advocates working in Juvenile Court in Dependency and Family Treatment Court.

    Desired qualifications:

    -Degree in social work, human service, or related field
    -Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
    -Two years' experience (volunteer or paid) in social services, child advocacy, volunteer supervision, child welfare, or education
    -A proven track record of working cooperatively with different types of personalities and community groups
    -Knowledge and understanding of issues and dynamics within families in crisis and addiction recovery
    -Strong conflict resolution, time management, and problem solving skills
    -Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
    -A commitment to CASA's goals and mission

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
