Advocate Supervisor
The Hall-Dawson CASA Program is accepting applications for a salaried, full- time Advocate Supervisor Position responsible for providing support, training, and supervision to volunteer child advocates working in Juvenile Court.
Minimum Qualifications: 4-year degree in social work, education, human service or related field; three years' experience (volunteer or paid) in social services, child advocacy, volunteer supervision, child welfare, or education.
Preferred Qualifications: All minimum qualifications plus Juris Doctorate, active Georgia Bar license preferred. Bilingual (Spanish).
Candidates must have a proven track record of working cooperatively with different types of personalities and community groups; knowledge and understanding of issues and dynamics within families in crisis; strong conflict resolution, time management, and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to train small groups using provided curriculum and innovative facilitation; and a commitment to CASA's goals and mission.

The Hall-Dawson Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program is accepting applications for an Office Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to emails and phone calls.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics and managing vendors.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping tasks and payroll processing.
- Assist with marketing tasks such as social media posts, website updates, email newsletter
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures to ensure smooth operations.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business; communication or related field with three years of related experience; strong computer skills; knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting; ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; strong conflict resolution, time management, and problem-solving skills; and a commitment to CASA's goals and mission.
